Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients
- 500g Brazilian Tapioca
- 250g Cream Cheese

100g grated Parmesan cheese

(Optional) A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Set your oven to 170°C and let it heat up.
- In a large bowl, combine the tapioca and cream cheese.
- Mix with your hands until the dough is smooth and fully combined.

Stir in the grated Parmesan and a pinch of salt, if desired.

Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking tray.

Bake for around 25 minutes, or until the balls are golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
