Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g Brazilian Tapioca
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • (Optional) A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 170°C and let it heat up.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tapioca and cream cheese.
  3. Mix with your hands until the dough is smooth and fully combined.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan and a pinch of salt, if desired.

  5. Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking tray.

  6. Bake for around 25 minutes, or until the balls are golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
