3. Place your order
Complete checkout like normal. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your subscription details.

4. Manage it anytime
Need to pause, skip, change the frequency, or update your delivery address? Just log in and head to the account icon (top right of the website). You’re free to make changes anytime.

Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to our tapioca flour delivery service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Options
You can choose to receive your tapioca flour weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. The quantity and frequency can be selected during checkout.

2. Payment & Billing
Payments will be automatically processed based on your chosen subscription frequency. You will be billed on the day your order is processed. All prices include GST.

3. Shipping
Orders will be dispatched based on your subscription schedule. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated.

4. Modify or cancel anytime
You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled order to take effect.

5. No lock-in contracts
There are no lock-in contracts. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.

6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

7. Availability
Subscription deliveries are subject to product availability. If stock is temporarily unavailable, we’ll notify you and pause your delivery until it’s back in stock.
