HOW TO COOK

Our Brazilian Tapioca Flour is pre-hydrated and ready to go straight into the pan! No soaking, no prepping, just pure convenience.

Follow these simple steps to make soft, delicious tapiocas in minutes!

  • STEP 1

Heat a frypan over medium heat for at least 1 minute.

  • STEP 2: IF USING A SIEVE

Take a handful (aprox. 80g) of Brazilian Tapioca and sift over a frypan equally.

  • STEP 2: IF USING A TAPI MAKER

Hold the Tapi Maker and twist the top cap left and right to evenly spread the flour onto the pan.

  • STEP 3

Add your choice of filling and cook for 1-2 minutes (until the edges start to lift). Fold it and enjoy!

ENDLESS RECIPES

With Brazilian Tapioca, the possibilities go far beyond the classic tapioca - you’ll be amazed at how versatile it is in the kitchen!

Traditional Brazilian Tapioca

Keep it simple and authentic — fill it with your favourite sweet or savoury fillings like ham & cheese, banana & peanut butter, chicken, veggie or fruit & chocolate.

Pancake Style Treats

Mix the Tapioca flour with eggs and a touch of baking powder to create soft, fluffy pancakes perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Tapioca Pizzas & Burgers

Cook it the traditional way and keep it flat — use it as a gluten-free pizza base or as clever, chewy tapioca “bun” alternatives for your burgers.

Gluten Free Baking

Substitute it for regular flour and bake frittatas, quiches, or even lasagnas for a naturally gluten-free twist.
