Tapioca BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 90g slow cooked bbq pulled pork
  • Coleslaw salad
  • coriander
  • Brazilian Tapioca

Instructions

  1. Warm a dry frying pan over medium heat for at least 1 minute.
  2. Sift about 80g of Brazilian tapioca evenly into the pan to form a flat circle.
  3. Layer the pulled pork, coleslaw, and a sprinkle of coriander onto the tapioca. Cook for 2 minutes until it's set.
  4. Fold the tapioca in half to enclose the filling. Serve warm and enjoy!
