Tapioca Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked sausage

  • Cheese (any kind you like)

  • BBQ sauce (for serving)

  • 80g Brazilian Tapioca


Instructions

  1. Place a dry frying pan over medium heat and let it warm up for about a minute.

  2. Sift approximately 80g of Brazilian tapioca evenly across the pan to form a flat circle.

  3. Sprinkle cheese over the tapioca while it's still soft. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.

  4. Place the cooked sausage on one end of the tapioca. Using tongs (it might be hot!), gently roll the tapioca around the sausage.

  5. You can serve it as a whole roll or slice it into smaller bites for snack-sized portions.

  6. Serve with BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
