Cane Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Natural Flavour.

TO MAKE 6 PANCAKES, YOU WILL ONLY NEED
- 170 g Pancake mix (half pack)
- 1 egg*
- 1 tbs oil
- ½ Cup Milk**
*Replace with 1 riped mashed banana for vegan option.
**Use any plant-based milk (coconut, almond, soy)
for dairy free option.

Whisk together the egg, milk, oil
and pancake mix until smooth. -

For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter chill for 2–3 min (totally optional).

Heat a non-stick pan on medium and add a little butter or oil if you want.

Pour in about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until little bubbles pop and the edges look set (around 2 min), then flip and cook for another 1-2 min until golden.

Top with whatever makes you happy fruit, maple syrup… go wild!
*Bonus: You can also use this batter to make waffles or sheet-pan pancakes!
